- 1 handful of fresh mint
- 3 tablespoons echinacea
- 600 ml water
- Balgo Honey Spoon
- 1. Bring fresh mint and cold water to a boiling point in a pot or cezve and get it from the fire.
- 2. Add menciled hot water echinacea as you have prepared.
- 3. Remove your cup of tea from your tea for 3-4 minutes and serve with Balgo Spoon.
